Is the freight paid?
Yes! Here is the table with prices and delivery time:
- Portugal - €5,00. Delivery – from 2 to 3 days.
- Europe - €9,00. Delivery – from 3 to 4 days.
- World - €12,00. Delivery – from 5 to 7 days.
My tile arrived broken! What should I do?
Something surely happened in the way to your house. Don’t worry, the fault is not ours, but it is not yours too. In this case, just send an email to contato@zazule.pt with a photo of your broken tile up to 2 (two) days after the delivery. Besides the photo, send us the product data (size and picture to be print, if it is personalized) and your complete data again.
How can I clean my tile?
You just have to pass a damp cloth and it will get clean! It’s important to emphasize that you mustn’t use sponges, because your tile may be scratched. In terms of sun or rain, there is no problem!
